I have been extremely busy, with hardly any time for blogging or visiting blogs. Sorry, will catch up later. Work, work, work. But still had time for finishing the wrap.

The Progress

At the craftsfair in Tilburg I bought this yarn at the Textiel Museum :

Very cheap, missy: about 10 euro's for 10 skeins of pure wool.
At Lolmetwol I saw this wrap/ shawl.
She was so kind to write this easy to knit pattern for me. Ofcourse I will publish this pattern for you as well. But first give me time to finish the knitting.

I am adding some ajour. A simple one, so it is the perfect tv knitting project.

The second knitting project can NOT be knitted while watching tv: it is far to complicated (for me!) So this needs much more concentration. It is the fifth pair of the SKP 2008 This one is in yellow: the last of the olympic rings.
As you can see this is my sollution for the second-sock-syndrom: I knit the two socks at the same time. Not on circular needles (although that is a technique I must learn) but first I knit the cuff of sock 1, than the cuff of sock 2, than the leg of sock 1 etc. etc.

The last few months has been very exciting for me. Cannot tell you more. But I am sure you will be surprised when I tell you and hopefully you will be as excited as I am.
